高温固相法制备Li4Ti5O12负极材料及电化学性能研究

摘    要:固相法制备Li4Ti5O12中,受扩散控制,煅烧温度和煅烧时间对产物性能有显著影响。着重探讨两者对Li4Ti5O12材料电化学性能的影响,找出最佳的反应条件。利用XRD、SEM、恒流充放电、电化学阻抗(EIS)、循环伏安(CV)等分析方法研究了材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:煅烧温度850℃,煅烧时间16h时,可以制备出性能良好的纯相Li4Ti5O12材料。在1-2.5V进行充放电,在0.1C下,首次放电比容量达到180mAh/g,接近理论比容量,在0.2、0.5、1.0C下循环20次后,比容量几乎没有衰减,稳定在155、140、110mAh/g,表现出良好的循环性能。
