机车防止过速保护装置的设计

摘    要:机车是矿山井下运输的重要工具,但因速度过大而造成事故的比例近年来呈上升趋势。因此防止机车过速运行是遏制事故发生的必要手段。根据《煤矿安全规程》对井下机车最大速度的限制,设计了防止机车过速的保护装置,且经装机实验测量,性能指标符合设计要求。

Abstract:The locomotive is the important tool for transportation up the mine donburi, but the excessive speed caused the accident was under an upward trend. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the over-speed of locomotive. According to the limited max-speed of locomotive on 《Safety Regulations of Mine》 ,the article designs the protection device to prevent the over-speed locomotive, and through the experiment test of installed, the performance indicator is in line with design requirement.
