基于短时傅里叶谱的调节阀流场扰动研究

摘    要:为了解决调节阀对管道中流体的扰动问题,采用皮托管对扰动后的压力波动信号进行取压的方式,对调节阀流场扰动问题进行了研究。在考虑皮托管总压信号与流场扰动之间关系的基础上,提出了一种基于短时傅里叶变换谱的总压波动信号分析方法。另外,为了提高皮托管总压信号的应用泛化能力,对得到的皮托管总压信号进行了无量纲化处理,得到了量纲1量。同时对归一化后得到的皮托管总压波动信号进行短时傅里叶变换谱分析,得到了相同流量不同开度及相同开度不同流量下的短时傅里叶变换谱的分布特征。
