微材料力学性能测控系统的硬件设计

摘    要:简要介绍了微材料力学性能测试的现状和重要性,分析了测控系统的组成和工作原理,针对以DSP为核心的测控系统,着重论述了系统的硬件设计,对于如何扩展外部存储和实现总线接口、如何利用CPLD满足测控系统复杂的逻辑控制、如何提高系统可靠性等,提出了有效的解决方案;该系统在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,实现了高速、高精度数据采集与运动控制.

Abstract:Actuality and fundamentality of micro material mechanical performance test are introduced,structure and working principle of material measurement and control system are analyzed.How to design hardware of M&C system based on DSP is primarily discussed.Several pivotal problems: how to expand external memory,how to resolve complex logic control using CPLD,how to improve reliability,are analyzed.To solve them,some effective methods are presented.This system has gained satisfied effect in practice use,data acquisition and servocontrol are high-speed and precise.
