甲醇装置转化炉前补碳技术研究

摘    要:以大庆油田甲醇分公司的1套甲醇装置为例,阐述了转化炉前补碳技术的化学反应原理、甲醇合成反应过程及需要解决的关键技术,并对该方案的优势、工艺特点等进行了分析。经过实际运行,装置生产负荷由原来的11 454 Nm3/h降至9800 Nm3/h,粗醇产量由原来的396 t/d提高到415 t/d,运行效果很好。

Abstract:The mechanism,process and key technical problems of the carbon addition technology prior to reformer furnance are introduced taking a methonal unit of methanol branch of daqing oilfield as an example.The advantages and characteristics of this solution are analyzed as well.The practical operation results show that,the production capacity decreases from 11,454 Nm3/h to 9,800 Nm3/h,and the crude methanol production increases from 396 t/d to 415 t/d.The methanol unit works well.
