| 摘 要： | 从柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）的故障机理入手，分析研究了ＦＭＳ状态监测与故障诊断总体框架及策略，包括：ＦＭＳ状态监测方法，ＦＭＳ故障简易诊断与精密诊断策略，ＦＭＳ状态监测与故障诊断分层实现模型。
