摘    要:从柔性制造系统(FMS)的故障机理入手,分析研究了FMS状态监测与故障诊断总体框架及策略,包括:FMS状态监测方法,FMS故障简易诊断与精密诊断策略,FMS状态监测与故障诊断分层实现模型。

Abstract:From the fault theory of flexible manufacturing system(FMS), A general frame and tactics on condition monitoring and fault diagnosing system for FMS is studied in this paper, which has included the FMS condition monitoring method, the technology of fault simple diagnosis and accurate diagnosis and the level realized tactics on condition monitoring and fault diagnosing system for FMS.
