| Abstract: | The development of DES(decentralized energy system)in Shanghai has been for ten years,there are still some difficulties to penetrate into widespread utility.The paper introduced the development status of DES in Shanghai.Problems concerning the technology issues and policies in DES research fields are summarized and analyzed.Some advice on the DES development in Shanghai are put forward. |
