| 摘 要： | 电网管理是输配电生产中的重要环节。随着现代科技的高速发展,如何提高电网管理已成为十分重要的问题。基于网络和GIS的WebGIS系统便是提高电网管理的一个有效方法。本文给出了以二维数字地图的形式显示北京的所有线路,并进行统计、查询、管理、分析的系统。以ESRI公司的MOIMS为平台,应用Microsoft的ASP技术,配合ACCESS数据库的技术,利用ADO编程,用本系统进行电网管理可以节约大量的资源,提高工作效率,提高管理质量。

The Application of MOIMS Technology in the Management of Electrical Power Network |

| Abstract: | The management over Electrical Power Network is a vital joint in the process of Electric Power transmission and distribution.As the fast development of high tech,how to improve the management expertise becomes more and more important.WebGIS based on network and GIS has been proved to be an effective means to enhance it.The article suggests a system which can sum?lookup?manage?analyze all electrical lines of Beijing.The system shows all electrical lines and power station by two dimension numerical map,with the MOIMS platform of the ESRI corp.adopting the ASP technology of the Microsoft,and ACCESS database technique using ADO program.It can save abundance resource,improve the running efficient;enhance the quality of the management. |
