摘    要:针对公司异辛酸生产工艺废水硫酸钠和COD值高,难处理的特点,提出了由公司自产苯酐富余蒸汽提供热源,采用三效真空蒸发强制循环顺流流程工艺回收元明粉(又称无水硫酸钠或无水芒硝),且对产生的污冷凝水进行中水回用,满足循环冷却水使用要求,既实现了废水资源利用,又达到了节能减排、增效的目的。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of high value of sodium and COD in wastewater during the production process of isooctanoic acid and difficult to handle , the phthalic anhydride and surplus steam produced by the company to provide heat, using three vacuum evaporation forced circulation downstream recovery process of sodium sulfate , and the contaminated condensate produced water reuse , meet the requirements of circulating cooling water use , not only realize the wastewater resource utilization , but also achieve the energy -saving emission reduction , the purpose of efficiency.
