| 摘 要： | 以全球气候变化为背景,讨论了在气候变化异常的情况下引发的超标洪水、冰冻、暴晒等气候灾害对高原山区水库大坝的设计防洪标准、大坝自身安全、大坝材料性能的影响,并指出了大坝在设计、施工、运行等应对极端气候发生的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | According to the climate change of global, the effect of weather disasters, including ex- cessive flooding, freezing and exposure, on design standard of flood control, the dam safety and dam material performance of reservoir dam on the plateau mountainous area were discussed. The counter- measures and suggestions in response to the occurrence of extreme weather during design, construc- tion and operation were indicated. |
