| 摘 要： | 针对螺杆压缩机在运行中阴阳转子出现的油封磨损变形、啮合面、气缸内壁防腐层脱落及磨损、气油封轴颈磨损、同步齿轮轴颈磨损等问题进行了详细分析并提出了解决办法．在现场运用中取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | Wear and deformation of oil seal, shedding and wear of corrosion proofing layer of the internal wall of cylinders, wear of shaft neck of gas and oil seal and wear of shaft neck of synchronous gears occurred in the negative and positive rotor during operation of the screw compressor. The above problems were analyzed in detail and the solutions were put forward, which obtained better effects in practice. |
