| Abstract: | The logistics management modes in transportation enterprises are discussed, and two ways of logistics management modes are analyzed such as internal expansion and external expansion. The features of longitudinal integration mode, logistics mode, group mode, supply chain cooperation mode, provider/ retailer cooperation mode, and virtual management mode are discussed. |
