合成纤维砂浆早期抗裂性能的试验研究

摘    要:混凝土结构的早期开裂现象较严重,降低了结构的耐久性.合成纤维的主要作用之一是早期阻裂.本试验测定了双组分纤维和腈纶纤维砂浆的早期抗裂性能.试验表明:在砂浆中加入体积掺率为0.11%的双组分纤维和0.10%的腈纶纤维可以使砂浆裂缝名义总面积分别降低96.8%和81.1%,双组分纤维、腈纶纤维对砂浆裂缝具有显著的细化作用.

Study on Early Cracking Propertiesof Synthetic Fiber Reinforced Mortar

Abstract:Concrete structure always occur crack at early ago, which decrease the durability of structure. One of the most prominent advantages of fiber is early cracking inhibitor. It's useful for developing high performance concrete that holding the resistance to cracking of fiber reinforced concrete. With crack experimental method which was brought forward by china technical criterion of fiber concrete structure, tests of restrained initial shrinkage properties with polypropylene fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced mortar were introduced in this paper. when polypropylene fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber fraction of 0. 11 % and 0. 10%, nominal total area of crack were respectively 98. 6%and 81. 1 % less than that of plain mortar; Polypropylene fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber has significantly effects on decreasing crack width.
