环己烷-水萃取法处理环己酮废水

摘    要:采用环己烷-水萃取法处理环己烷空气氧化制备环己酮中产生的废水。结果表明:环己烷-水萃取装置可利用现有设备进行改造,经过环己烷萃取处理,环己酮废水的COD值从9 400 mg/L降低到1 050mg/L,去除率达到89%。在100 kt/a环己酮装置上,利用环己烷-水萃取法处理废水14.5 t/h,运行72 h后,综合能耗为26.075 M J/t,且无蒸汽消耗,环己烷循环使用,可回收环己酮、环己醇104 t/a。

Abstract:The cyclohexane-water extraction technique was used to treat the process wastewater of cyclohexane air oxidation into cyclohexanone.The results showed that the COD value of cyclohexanone process wastewater was decreased from 9 400 mg/L to 1 050 mg/L and the removal rate approached 89% after the cyclohexane extraction utilizing the existing equipments innovated.For a 100 kt/a cyclohexanone plant with the wastewater treatment capacity of 14.5 t/h,the comprehensive energy consumption was 26.075 MJ/t with no vapor consumption in 72 h.The recovery of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol can be 104 t/a as cyclohexane was recycled.
