THE THERMAL EQUILIBRIUM EQUATION OF MELT TEMPERATURE AT THE OUTLET OF THE SCREW

From the laws of conservation of energy and mass,author establishes a thermal equilibrium equation of melt temperature at the outlet where a control system is connected. By applying the equation ,factors that cause abnormal temperature during manufacturing can be found exactly,also it can be used to select the optimum temperature of heating medium precisely and give a mathematics model for on-line control of spinning technology by computer.
