微等离子体氧化技术制备陶瓷膜研究进展

摘    要:微等离子体氧化技术是一种直接在有色金属表面原位生长陶瓷膜的新技术。用此技术制备的陶瓷膜具有优良的耐腐蚀、耐高温冲击、耐磨和电绝缘等特性。在此文中,介绍了微等离子体氧化技术的发展历史、陶瓷膜的特性及制备原理与工艺,指出微等离子体氧化技术是制备陶瓷膜的一种新工艺,并予以前景展望。

Abstract:Micro-plasma oxidation is a new preparation technology of thin ceramic coating on the surface of some non-ferrous. The ceramic coatings possess some excellent capability of corrosion resistance, heat-strike resistance, wearlessness, electric insulation and so on. The development history of (micro)-arc oxidation technology, the process and the principle for growth ceramic coating, and coating properties of micro-arc oxidation were simply described in this paper, which pointed that the micro-arc oxidation was a new technology and have a bright prospect in application.
