摘    要:针对1 700 mm热轧生产线投产以来存在的问题,通过数学模型和工艺参数的分析研究,结合大量生产实际,通过对工作辊轴向移动可获得辊缝正负凸度的变化,从而降低目标凸度;通过增大PC角提高平直度;修正比例因子值,从而提高了AGC控制精度;合理分配精轧机负荷,保证精轧出口的平直度。经过这4方面的综合优化,改善了板形控制功能,使1 700 mm轧机热轧带钢的浪高基本控制在10 mm以下,板形得到有效优化。

Abstract:To the problems existing in the 1700mm hot mill product line,the mathematical nodel and process parameters are analyzed and researched.The roll gap positive and minus convexity changes are obtained by axial moving of working roll,and the target convexity is reduced.The flatness is improved by increasing PC angle.The AGC control precision is improved by amending proportionality factors.The finishing rolling exit flatness can be guaranteed by distributing finisher load.The optimization of these four parts improves the control function of steel shape,and controls the height of shape wave of strip less than 10 mm.The shape of steel can be optimized effectively.
