复合蜜胺脂高效减水剂对不同水泥及混凝土的适应性研究

摘    要:通过用糖钙改性自制的蜜胺脂减水剂(MCM)制得复合型高效减水剂,研究了掺入该复合型减水剂和市场上普遍使用的FDN高效减水剂对不同品种水泥的净浆流动性、减水率和混凝土的相关性能的影响,结果表明,所配的复合型高效减水剂减水率较高,坍落度损失较小,对混凝土的各龄期强度有较明显的增强效果,显示了该复合型高效减水剂对不同种水泥有较好的适应性。

Abstract:High efficiency water-reducing agent is prepared by self-mixed melamine water-reducing agent which is modified by calcium of molasses(MCM). Studying the influence of MCM and FDN high efficient water-reducing agent on different kinds of cements in fluidity,water-reducing rate and the relativity of concrete.The result reveals that the compound water-reducing agent has high water-reducing rate,small slump loss and obvious effect on compressive strength of concrete at every age.The compatibility of MCM with different kinds of cements and concretes is better than that of FDN.
