对当前国家示范性职业技术学院辅导员队伍建设的若干思考——以某职业技术学院为例

辅导员是学生日常事务管理的主要实施者,但目前仍存在辅导员社会实践经历不足、自身专业与所带学生专业不一致、政治和经济地位不高、工作职能过多等问题,直接影响着自身的成长和辅导员队伍稳定,因此必须丰富辅导员社会实践经历、分配工作时考虑其专业一致性、提高辅导员政治和社会待遇和明确界定辅导员的工作职责。
