摘    要:为降低钢管被腐蚀后对工业生产及人身安全所造成的潜在危害,研究钢管壁厚度的无损检测及推断腐蚀的分布。根据超声波通过不同介质分界面时会发生反射这一特点,用检测到的反射波形进行数据处理,从而计算出被测钢管壁的厚度,并利用互相关函数法提高反射信号间延迟的分辨精度,从而准确地推断出钢管壁的腐蚀分布。

Abstract:In order to reduce the potential danger for industrial production and the personal safety caused by corrosion on steel pipe.Non-destructive thickness measurement of steel pipe and inferring the distribution of corrosion for research purpose.This is the basis of ultrasound through different media ultrasonic waves are reflected at boundaries,reflection waves have been used to calculate steel pipe wall.And using cross-correlation function method to improve delay accuracy of reflection waves to accurately infer...
