甘氨酸铝锆的制备与铝形态分布研究

摘    要:以不同碱化度的碱式氯化铝、氧氯化锆和甘氨酸为原料制备甘氨酸铝锆(ZAG)的水溶液,浓缩后,石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定其铅和镉含量分别为0.76 mg/L和9.95μg/L。采用A l(Ⅲ)-Ferron逐时络合比色法测定与止汗效果直接相关的铝形态分布,考察了pH、浓缩和陈化对铝形态分布的影响。结果表明:(1)随着pH的增大(2.8~3.55),单体及低聚形态铝(A la)的质量分数减小(83.88%~67.04%);(2)浓缩会使一部分铝向聚合态转变,致使中聚形态(A lb)的质量分数增大(约增大9%);(3)陈化180 d后ZAG中主要存在形态仍然是起止汗作用的单体及低聚形态铝〔w(A la)>66%〕。

Abstract:Aluminum-zirconium-glycine solution was prepared through mixing the polyaluminum chloride of different basicity,zirconium oxide chloride hydrate and glycine.The content of lead and cadmium determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after the sample was concentrated are respectively 0.76 mg/L and 9.95 μg/L.Aluminum species distribution directly related with antiperspirant effect was measured by aluminum(Ⅲ)-ferron complexation timed spectrophotometry.Many factors that influence the hydrolysis and polymerization process of aluminum ion including pH,concentration and aging were studied.The results are as follows.(1)The mass fraction of monomer and the low polymer species decrease(83.88%~67.04%) when pH increases(2.8~3.55).(2)A part of aluminum transforms into polymer due to concentration and the mass fraction of the medium polymer species(Al_b) increases(approximately 9%).(3)The principal species are still monomer and lower polymer species after aging 180 d(w(Al_a)>66%).
