芭仙水厂的设计优化

摘    要:在广西华银氧化铝一期工程配套芭仙水厂的设计过程中,对原初步设计方案进行了设计优化,并通过水厂整体工艺技术性能及设备性能招标的操作方式,减少了设计和EPC总承包项目部的工作量,缩短了设计、施工、安装、调试的工期,提高了水处理工艺流程的可靠性,保证了项目质量和出水水质。

Abstract:During Baxian Water Treatment Plant design process of Guangxi Huayin Alumina phase One Project, optimizing preliminary design scheme was carried out. Adopting bidding for whole process technology and equipment performance can lead to reduce the workload of EPC (engineering purchase construction) , shorten the period of design, construction, installation and debugging and improve the reliability of process flow for water treatment as a result to ensure the project and outlet water quality.
