Responsibility Lies and Ensuring Safety in Production

Our country faces a grim situation where accidents due to violation of safety regulations in production frequently occurred. The reason for the accidents resulting in serious harmful consequences is that the measures taken against violation of safety regulations in production are ineffective and deficient. The paper presents helpful suggestions that safety regulations and rules should be perfected. Furthermore,the supervisors in production and responsible persons in manufacture and management should shoulder responsibilities and even bear responsibilities for a crime provided their violation of safety regulations in production causes serious and harmful consequences.
