| 摘 要： | 根据胜利油田对玻璃钢增强塑料复合管锥形接口的磨削加工需要,研制出一台可以自动定尺、精确磨削的数控磨管机.磨管机包括机械结构和电控系统两部分,机械结构由床身、纵向送管机构、横向进给机构、夹紧机构、工件自转机构、磨削机构、定尺系统组成;电控系统以PLC为核心控制器,控制纵向送管步进电机、横向进给步进电机、工件主轴电机、磨削主轴电机的执行以及夹紧汽缸的开启与关闭.该机具有友好的人机交互界面,能够方便快捷地完成磨削参数的设置以及锥形接口的自动定尺磨削,极大地提高了玻璃钢增强塑料复合管锥型接口的磨削质量和磨削效率.

| Abstract: | According to the need of grinding process of glass fiber reinforced plastics Multiple-unit tube,which is produced by Enterprise of Shengli oil field equipment,a new-style automatic fixed-length pipe-grinded Machine was developed.This Machine has friendly interface between machine and man and can accomplish the setting of grinding parameter,the auto-fixing of pipe's length and the auto-grinding of pipe is convenient and fleet,so it greatly improves the grinding quality and production efficiency. |
