汽车灯具真空镀膜系统及技术

摘    要:由计算机组态软件控制,可连续实现离子清洁、蒸发镀铝、离子轰击聚合、蒸发镀氧化硅保护膜、蒸发镀MgF2保护膜等工艺过程,主要用于机动车辆照明灯具反光膜镀制.

Abstract:The system was controlled by a combining soft control computer, which can continuously carry out the ion washing, evaporate gild with aluminum, combine film forming by ion flashing as well as evaporate protecting plat with SiOx (or MgF2). This system is mainly applied to manufacture the reflect films for vehicle lanterns.
