| 摘 要： | 气候变化对全球造成的危害已引起了各国的广泛关注,介绍了我国在能源技术利用方面与发达国家的差距,指出应从尽快立法或制订条例、提高行业准入门槛、大力提倡节约和有效利用能源、充分利用CO2开展循环经济、调整能源结构、利用科技创新等方面推进碳减排工作及发展低碳经济,完成我国2020年承诺指标。
