微波提取贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的工艺研究

摘    要:通过微波提取方法研究贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的提取工艺。通过单因素实验研究了微波功率,液固比,乙醇浓度,微波温度以及微波时间对金丝桃素提取率的影响,通过二次回归通用旋转组合设计研究了微波功率,液固比,乙醇浓度,微波温度以及微波时间对提取率的影响。二次回归通用旋转组合设计的最优工艺条件是:17.5倍量的65%的乙醇溶液,在65℃下用700 W的微波提取64 min。通过微波提取方法较传统的浸提法具有耗时短,提取率高的特点,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:The extraction of hypericin from hypericum perforatum by microwave was studied in this paper. With the aim of extraction rate, the microwave power, liquid to solid ratio, ethanol concentration, temperature and time were investigated in the single factor experiment and the Quadratic general rotary unitized design. The optimum extrac-tion condition as follow:17 . 5 times ethanol solution with concentration of 65%, extracted temperature is 65 degree centigrade, microwave power is 700 W, and the extraction time is 64 min. Comparing with the lixiviation, the micro-wave extraction process the advantage of consuming time short and high extraction rate, and it is with a better applica-tion prospect.
