| 摘 要： | 通过对不同方案的资费标准以及2006年中国电信业务统计数据的研究，确定了不同通话项目在全国的比例，进而给出了手机套餐资费的基本计算式；通过费用比较分析，给出了不同方案下，不同用户的选择标准；利用弹性理论，对收取年租金是否合理进行了探讨，对电信收入不低于10％的定价方案进行了分析，以期对电信及具有垄断竞争性的企业制定定价模型提供一点参考．

| Abstract: | By studying the different options on the phone charges rates and the statistics of china mobile in 2006,the proportion of different call projects in the country is definited, and the formula of calculating the basic set phone charges is given. Through comparative analysis of the phone charges, different criteria for the selection of the phone charges rates among different users is presented. Using the elastic theory, discusses whether it is reasonable to charge the yearly rent and analyzes the telecommunications price revenue of not less than 10% for the purpose of providing some references for the pricing model to the telecommunication and those monopolic enterprises. |
