基于单片机的USB文件读写

摘    要:目前在数据采集设备和仪器仪表等嵌入式系统中,数据交换多采用串行口或以太网等方式的现状,但这些方式需要布线、成本高且移动性差。设计了一种由单片机STC15F2K60S2控制USB接口芯片CH376,进行U盘文件的读写控制的方案,并给出了系统电路原理图和单片机读写U盘的程序流程图。使用便携式的U盘作为存储设备,只需在在线仪表上插入U盘设备后即可对测量的数据进行保存。该方案具有成本低、通用性强、可靠性高等特点,可方便的集成到各种测控系统中。

Abstract:Now UART and Ethernet are widely used in application embedded systems, such as data acquisition equipment and instrument. This paper introduces a design in which the MCU controls the CH376 to read or write files from a USB flash disk, and provides schematic diagram of hardware and part flow sheet of the program. It is proved to have several advantages such as low cost, easy application and stable running. The solution fits the application especially in measuring system and data acquisition equipment.
