一种新型抗振镗杆的结构设计

摘    要:针对镗杆在加工过程中的振动问题,结合碰撞减振理论及复合层叠材料力学原理,设计出了一套新型抗振镗杆。镗杆中装有的减振装置及复合层叠结构,能有效地降低在镗削过程中镗杆的振动性,为金属高精加工提供了有力的技术保障,有一定的理论意义和实用价值。

Abstract:With the theory of impact-damping and the composite cascade-material mechamics,the paper has design a new type of anti-vibration boring bar to reduce vibration in the machining course.The damping set and the composite cascade structure in the boring bar could reduce the vibration of boring bar in the machining course effectively.It provides a powerful technology to ensure the machining accuracy and has certain theoretical and practical value.
