燃料电池在线巡回检测系统

摘    要:本文介绍了一种利用单片机设计智能在线巡回检测燃料电池单池电压电流的系统。分析了硬件与软件的设计思路。该系统基于常见的TLP521-2实现了精确的线性光隔,从而代替了精密线性光耦合器LOC110和LOC111。实验证明这种结构简单的电路具有测量精度高和良好的线性隔离检测能力,重复使用性可靠,系统成本低并且具有显示报警和与上位机通信能力。

Abstract:The paper states a itinerate detect system with ingle-chip Microcomputer A new methodology of detecting system which application realize linearization photoelectric isolator for single fuel battery is introduced and analyzed in this paper, TLP521-2 can be used to replace the precision linear photoelectric isolator LOC 110 or LOC 111 in isolating DC voltage. Analyses its hardware and software. The experiment proves that the system offers many virtues such as simple structure, high measuring precision, reliable repeatability fine linearity and low cost and this system has warning and communication with PC.
