摘    要:回顾了引进的大型单元机组所使用的典型顺序控制技术,在剖析TM、TURBODEM和APS等顺控装置的技术特点及其利弊得失的基础上,按照不同的发展层次,结合各个时期的历史背景,从应用软件的角度澄清了一些事实,对于计算机顺序控制系统本身有待改进的一些问题,进行了探讨,指出真正掌握顺控对象的工艺流程始终是顺控系统设计者的首要任务;顺控技术的总体设计思想有待深化;应用软件的开发方法和环境是应用计算机的必要条件;详尽的操作指导是顺控系统的重要组成部分;最终还需要有一批既精通电厂热工自动控制技术,又能熟练掌握计算机控制技术的专业技术人员;顺控技术与计算机控制系统必须协调发展。

Abstract:In this paper some of representative sequence control technology used in imported large thermal power generator units are reviewed. On the basis of a nalyzing the technical features, advantages and shortcomings of several sequence control devices and according to different development levels of the devices an d considering the background under which the devices are developed, some facts a re clarified. Some problems, which belong to sequence control devices themselves and should be improved, are discussed. For applying sequence control technique successfully, it is pointed out that for the designer of a sequence control syst em to truly master the process flow of the controlled object is the most importa nt task. The overall thought of the design should be deepened. The correct devel opment method and environment of application software is the necessary condition for applying the computer in control. A detailed technical manual is an import ant component of a sequence control system. A passel of specialists who are not only accomplished in thermal automation control but also master computer control well are indispensable. Finally, it is suggested that the development of sequen ce control technique should be coordinated to that of computer control technique .
