| Abstract: | The main defect of the functioning self healing high voltage shunt capacitor in operation is studied. The partial discharge is the main factor influencing the life expectancy. The new protection measures are used, and the endurance test of elements of self healing high voltage shunt capacitor are passed successfully. |
