聚苯胺—聚氯乙烯复合膜的研制

摘    要:本文提出用溶液相引发聚合的方法,以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为膜基,通过氧化剂,使苯胺氧化聚合,制成了新型复合膜。讨论了各种复合条件对膜的性能的影响。结果表明,通过该法研制出的复合膜能够改善膜性能,并可以通过控制复合过程的聚合程度来控制膜性能,其应用前景非常乐观。

Abstract:A novel composite membrane has been developed in this paper. This membrane is prepared by polymerization technique from Aniline redox system. And PVC was used as supporting membrane. The relationship between performance and conditions of membrane preparation were discussed. Tt is shown that low temperature and circumstance are benefical to membrane to possess excellent performance. Tt is possible for this kind of membrane to get certain flux and retention character by controlling the degree of polymerization.
