捣固焦炉配加拜城煤的优化方案及生产实践

摘    要:随着八钢2500m3的大高炉相继投产对焦炭质量的要求也在不断提高,而焦化又面临着优质的煤资源紧缺的严峻形势。八钢拥有的煤矿以肥煤为主,致使配合煤偏肥,焦炭气孔较多,气孔壁薄、焦炭耐磨强度较差。针对此问题八钢焦化厂通过40kg小焦炉配加新疆拜城煤进行配煤炼焦实验分析,提出了新疆拜城煤在捣鼓焦炉中配量的合理性,优化配煤结构,提高焦炭质量。

Abstract:As of 2500m3 big blast furnace have been put into operation on coke quality requirements are raising,coke was faced with high-quality coal resource shortage situation.Own coal mine is fat coal,it lead to mixed coal become more fertilizer,the Air hole of coke more and more much,wall of air hole become thin,M10 is poor.Aiming at the problems of coking plant by 40kg small coke oven with addition of Xinjiang Baicheng coal in coal blending coking experiment analysis,put forward Xinjiang Baicheng with coal in coke oven with reasonable quantity,to optimizing coal blending structure.In order to improve coke quality and alleviate the tense situation of high quality coking coal.
