摘    要:钢材加工配送作为一种新的营销模式,是钢铁产业链的延伸。根据新疆机械装备制造业发展及重点产业发展布局规划,建议八钢进行钢材加工配送布局。以适应未来钢材市场需求变化,提升销售体系能力,确保八钢"一体两翼"的发展战略实现,建设西部及中亚最具竞争力的钢铁产业流通链。

Abstract:Steel processing and delivery, as a new marketing mode, represents an extension of the iron & steel industry chain. According to the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry development and the general planning for the de- velopment of significant industries in Xinjiang, it is recommended to make the arrangement for the steel processing and delivery, so as to adapt to the demand change in the steel market and improve the capacity of the sales system, ensure the realization of the development strategy "One Body with Two Wings" of Bayi Steel, and establish the iron and steel industry circulating chain with biggest competitiveness in West China and Central Asia.
