摘    要:本文设计了用于转向节臂等零部件进行强度试验的电液伺服加载系统,建立了系统数学模型和传递方块图,再进行系统仿真,得出了加载系统的响应曲线,论证了系统的可行性和可靠性,从而构建一个性能优良的加载装置。

Abstract:In this article,we design a loaded system of electric and hydraulic servo,using which we can test the intensity of accessories such as steering knuckle arm,and we set up mathematics model and transferring figure of system to do simulation and get the responding curve,which demonstrates the reliability and feasibility of system,so that we can set up a load device with perfect performance.
