硫铁矿还原氯酸钠生成二氧化氯的动力学

摘    要:对硫铁矿还原氯酸钠生成二氧化氯的动力学进行了研究. 结果显示,氯酸根被还原为二氧化氯的选择性高达99.7%以上. 动力学分析表明,反应对氯酸根为零级,对氢离子为一级,反应速率方程为rD=kCB,其中,表观活化能Ea=52.9 kJ/mol,速率常数k=2.14x107exp(-6360/T) L/(m2.min).

Abstract:The reduction kinetics of sodium chlorate with pyrite to produce chlorine dioxide was investigated. It was shown that selectivity of chlorate ion reduced to chlorine dioxide was over 99.7%. The reaction has been found in zero and first orders with respect to ClO3- and H+, respectively. The kinetic equation is rD=kCB, the apparent activation energy is 52.9 kJ/mol, and the reaction rate constant k=2.14x107exp(-6360/T) L/(m2.min), respectively.
