摘    要:中国石化股份有限公司茂名分公司炼油厂为加工进口含硫原油采用了渣油加氢脱硫-重油催化裂化组合工艺,工业装置标定结果表明,该组合工艺为加工高含硫原油提供一种技术支撑,可提高炼油厂的轻质油收率和质量,减少了下游装置腐蚀,具有一定的经济效益和良好的社会效益,但沿需对加氢原料及组合工艺进一步优化。

Abstract:A combination process of residual oil hydrodesulfurization and heavy oil catalytic cracking for processing imported sour crude oils was adopted in the Refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Company. Commercial running showed that the said combination process supported the technology for processing sour crude oils, which improved the yield and the quality of the light oil, and reduced the corrosion of the down-stream units. Economic and social benefits were obtained. However, optimization of the combination process and the hydrodesulfurization feedstock should be further worked on.
