郑州会展宾馆主楼全自动液压爬模施工技术

摘    要:郑州会展宾馆主楼为钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,平面呈八角形.核心筒内外墙体采用全自动液压爬模技术与立体交叉式施工工艺相结合的施工方法.结合结构特点,介绍了内外墙体液压爬模技术及核心筒组合式物料平台整体提升技术;同时阐述了液压爬模与起重机械的配合等施工工艺.实践证明,该技术实现了核心筒筒体结构先行施工及筒体物料平台整体提升,具有良好的经济、社会效益.

Abstract:Main building of Zhengzhou Display Hotel is designed as octagonal frame-corewall structure with steel frame and reinforced concrete corewall. Combination methods of automatic hydraulic climbing formwork and alternated construction technology are adopted in the corewall construction.
