摘    要:汽轮机叶片自振频率的测量和振型的确定对于机组的安全运行具有重要的意义.传统的测量方法难以可靠地确定叶片的振型.为此,开发了一套基于频谱分析的叶片自振频率和振型测量系统.本文简要介绍了振型测量的基本原理.现场测试结果表明,该系统可以实现叶片自振频率和振型的测量,结果准确可靠,将汽轮机叶片自振频率和振型测量手段提高到了一个新的水平.

Abstract:Natural frequency and vibration mode shape measurement of turbine blades is very important and significant for the safe operation of the units. It is difficult to reliably determine blade's vibration mode shape with conventional measurement method. Therefore, a measuring device is developed based on spectrum analysis by the author. In this paper, the vibration mode shape measuring principle for the blade is presented. The field experimental results indicate the device can meet the need of natural frequency and vibration mode shape measurement of the blades and have higher measurement accuracy and reliability. The measurement method of turbine blades is updated.
