| Abstract: | In order to realize the science load management,policy measures,administrative measures,technical measures,economical measures as well as the propaganda measures are introduced specifically which alleviate the contradiction between electric power supply and demand.These measures are all conformed to the market economy rule effective method.They are all advantageous action to the society,electric power customers,electricity generation enterprise and electrical network. |
