机器人虚拟示教的实现方法

摘    要:本文介绍了基于虚拟现实技术的机器人示教方法:通过人手引导输入装置产生示教轨迹、键盘输入作业指令实现对虚拟机器人的示教;介绍了虚拟示教系统的软硬件环境,重点介绍了虚拟现实系统中的人机交互装置,最后提出了针对MOTOMAN机器人虚拟示教的实施方案。

Abstract:This paper describes the teaching method based on VR technology. It means that a manipulator leads the interface equipment to create teaching path during teaching and at the same time inputs instructions through keyboard. Subsequently, the software and hardware settings for virtual teaching are described especially for those which can be used to exchange data messages between human and machine. At last a concrete project is presented to carry out the virtual teaching for MOTOMAN industrial robot.
