国产水溶性共聚酯切片纺制海岛复合纤维工艺研究

摘    要:研究了用国产水溶性共聚酯切片纺制海岛纤维的技术,重点讨论了干燥、纺丝、冷却成形、拉伸变形工艺,并对纺丝组件的工艺和管理进行了阐述。纺制POY的工艺为:COPET的预结晶温度90-100℃,干燥温度130-140℃,组件初始压力8MPa,海岛比29∶71,冷却风速0.45-0.50m/s、风温18-20℃。

Abstract:The technology of sea-island fiber using local made water-soluble PET chip was studied. The processes of drying temperature, spinning temperature, cooling condition, drawing and twisting were discussed emphatically. The key parts technology and management was described. The processes of POY were precrystallization temperature of COPET 90~100 ℃, dry temperature 130~140 ℃, initial pressure of spinneret pack 8 MPa, sea-idea ratio 29∶71, cooling blow velocity 0.45~0.50 m/s, cooling blow temperatur 18~20 ℃.
