新型芳纶纤维复合材料雷达天线罩复合工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了新型芳纶纤维复合材料雷达天线罩的复合工艺,详细描述了复合用胶粘剂和复合工艺过程中的关键技术。采用该复合工艺研制的雷达天线罩介电性能优良,在L波段,透过率大于97.5%。

Abstract:The adhesion technology for a new type of radome made of Kevlar fiber composites was introduced in this paper. The adhesive for composites and key techniques in the adhesion technology were described in detail. The dielectric property of the radome which was manufactured with the adhesion technology is very good, and the power transmission coefficiency is more than 97.5% on L band.
