| 摘 要： | 介绍了边扫描边跟踪（ＴＷＳ）战术三坐标雷达系统资源的利用和管理方法。针对该雷达特点和资源利用上存在的问题，提出了改进意见。改进后，系统性能有明显改善，特别是低仰角、远区目标信噪比可提高约１．５ｄＢ。

| Abstract: | The management of source (time and power), which is employed in a tactical 3D radar is described. Methods of improvement is proposed to utilize the source more effectively. After use of some new methods, tactical specifications of the radar will be improved. Specially, signal to noise ratio will be raised about 1.5dB for low-angle targets which are present at far zone. |
