摘    要:偏磨是由水平正压力造成的,与半干摩擦力关系不大;中和点上下抽油杆柱都会发生不同程度的偏磨,800m以上的抽油杆一般不会发生偏磨;文章介绍了中和点上下扶正器安装位置及间距的计算公式:现场应用,收到了防止管杆偏磨,延长检泵周期的良好效果。

Abstract:The off-center wear of sucker rod arises from horizontal normal pressure.It occurs in up and down location of neutral point in rod string.The sucker rods over 800m don't result in off-center wear.The paper presents the calculation formulas of mounting location and spacing on centralizer.Through field application,it effectively prevents off-center wear of sucker rod,and prolongs pump detection period.
