摘    要:磁化切削是一种特种加工方法,能使深孔零件钻削过程中的切削力下降、切削热减少、并使零件加工质量得到改进。正确选择磁化切削中的磁动势、励磁电流等参数,可使零件获得好于普通切削的切削效果。

Abstract:Magnetize’s slicing to pare is a kind of special kind to process a method,it can make the deep bore spare parts drilled to pare process in of slicing and paring the dint descend,slice to pare hot decrease,and make the spare parts processed quality to get an improvement.The exactitude chooses the magnetize slices to pare magneto-motive potential exciting current etc.parameter,can make the spare parts got far good to commonness to slice to pare of slicing and paring effect.
