小型无泵溴化锂吸收式空调器蒸发器的研究

摘    要:本文在分析水在真空状态下蒸发特性的基础上,提出了一种用于小型无泵溴化锂吸收式空调器设计方案,首先对蒸发器管内换热机理进行了理论分析,然后用单管模拟的四种不同结构的水平蒸发管进行了实验研究,得出了蒸发换热系数经验公式,发现第三种结构(d0=12mm,出口截面下端封挡1/4di)的蒸发管是一种有效的强化传热管。

Abstract:An evaporator design scheme for the compact non-pumped lithium-bromide absorption air conditioner was raised based on the evaporating characteristics of water under vacuum conditions. The theoretical analysis of heat exchange mechanism in the evaporator tubes was conducted and four kinds of horizontal evaporator tubes were tested with the single tube analogue method,The empirical formula of evaporating heat transfer coefficient was obtained. The tube of 12mm in inside diameter with its low part of the outlet section being blinded to the height of quarter di is of highest heat transfer efficience.
