新煤种捣固炼焦小焦炉试验

摘    要:为充分发挥捣固炼焦工艺的技术优势,实现配煤成本的降低,济钢于2013年对新开发的4种煤A、B、C、D,利用小焦炉及其配套设施,开展了捣固炼焦小焦炉试验,完成了新开发煤种的初步评估,其中A煤和C煤替代现有煤种不可行;B煤和D煤替代性可行,其替代比例分别是10%和15%。

Abstract:In order to fully utilize the process advantage of stamp-charging coke oven and reduce blending cost,Jinan Steel newly developed four coal resources and carried out some experiments in stamp-charging test coke oven. The preliminary evaluation of coal quality was finished. The results showed that coal A and C can not be used and coal B and D can be used. And the ratios of coal Band D were10 percent and 15 percent respectively.
